In this world I confine people to a rectangular box and press a button.

I’ve travelled a lot and sometimes people pay me to do it. My exploring led me to Bristol in 1998, I only intended to stay for a weekend but the city got a hold of me and I was there for 24 years. However, I never developed a taste for cider.

In 2022 I moved to Brixham because the sea was always calling and I’m now five minutes walk from the coast. There are also several places where you can get a decent espresso and that’s important.

Before that, I started my career as a journalist, first on a newspaper, then on a golf magazine and as a freelance editor. I gave this up in 2006 to become a freelance photographer. Some people thought it was crazy but I now take pictures and people pay me for it.
